Will Jewelweed really treat my poison ivy outbreak?
Yes, jewelweed concoctions are effective in neutralizing the chemical in poison ivy that causes us to get itchy and rash up - and basically feel pretty miserable for a few weeks.
For some folks, an encounter with poison ivy is extremely serious.
For most of us, it's a real nuisance but not life-threatening.
So, what to do?
There are no guarantees in life, but we have discovered that using jewelweed (Impatiens capensis) in a spray and as a soap can relieve the itch and the rash considerable to allow healing to begin.
You don't have to believe me, though. Here is what one of customers recently wrote:
I wanted to thank you so much for the excellent service you provided me and rave about the two products you sent me last week!
They arrived the next day which I was so appreciative of as my skin was very painful and itchy.
Both the jewelweed juice and bar soap have worked so well for me! I am so grateful!
I managed to get poison ivy yet again on my arms and the juice and the soap started working within a few hours to soothe my skin and greatly reduce the size of the bumps from the rash.
I have honestly probably tried about 15 various products over the years (including one from my dermatologist) and your products have been the only ones that have truly worked.
I am purchasing some more now for myself, plus a friend who works outside as a landscaper. Thank you very much! Have a good day!
